Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 US states via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

International Shipping We do ship internationally! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
